|Associate - Business Valuation
Currently hiring in the San Francisco and New York offices.
The Associate is involved in all facets of FMV's valuation activities, participating as a member of a team and working directly with managing directors, vice presidents and managers. The Associate continually gains broad-based experience in financial analysis, company and industry research, modeling and valuation of companies, equity securities, derivatives and debt instruments. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling and preparation of valuation reports.
|Associate - Real Estate Services
Currently hiring in the San Francisco office.
The Associate in the Real Estate Services Department is involved in many facets of FMV's Real Estate valuation and consulting services, participating as a member of a team. Associates will have exposure to a variety of larger portfolios and property types, including commercial, office, industrial, multifamily and subdivisions.
|Research Analyst (Business Valuation)
The Research Analyst is involved in all facets of FMV's valuation activities, participating as a member of a team and working directly with vice presidents, managers and associates. The Research Analyst continually gains broad-based experience in financial analysis, company and industry research, modeling and valuation of companies, equity securities, derivatives and debt instruments. Primary responsibilities include financial modeling and company and industry research.
|Senior Financial Analyst/Associate (Business Valuation)
The Senior Associate is involved in the management of the entire process of valuing client companies, including analysis of financial statements, writing of valuation reports and conducting research on valuation topics. The Senior Associate will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and contribute to business development activities.
|Family Limited Partnership Valuation Specialist
The Limited Partnership Valuation Specialist performs valuations on real estate and marketable securities, FLPs, LLCs, C corps and S corps. The Specialist has in-depth knowledge of California state law regarding general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability corporations and S corporations.
The Litigation Associate provides financial and accounting services primarily in the Forensic and Conflict Resolution practice areas as requested by Managers and Officers. This practice provides services primarily in the following areas: (1) Expert financial testimony and litigation consulting; (2) Forensic accounting and fraud investigation and (3) Bankruptcy and Workout situations.
